What's happening in Carolina NSA this week?

The NSA Super State Tournaments will be played this month, July 17-18.  Teams must have played in at least one NSA qualifier in order to participate in the NSA Super State Tournaments.  Contact your State Director for more info. 

FINALLY!!!!  The new NSA National Website is LIVE!!!  Go check out the new website at www.playnsa.com  It promises to be more user friendly than the old version and most of all, more reliable. 

We are in the process of posting a few tournaments to the website.  Recently, many of the events we have scheduled have been copied by our competitors so we held out on our schedule a little longer this year.  We promise to bring you the best tournaments again in 2010...the 2010 NSA Director's Cup...and a host of other events.

MIZUNO / NSA Mid-Atlantic Weekend of Champions (Labor Day Weekend)
AIKEN, SC
Men's 2 and 1-up, 1 and 1-up, Class E and Rec
No NSA points will be given at this event because the point champion will already be determined. Teams may add players or combine teams to field a team for this event.  Over $10,000 in prizes will be awarded.
Awards for top 3 divisions (based on 12 teams per division):
1st Place - 12 Mizuno Craze Bats, Team Plaque and $300 cash
2nd Place - 12 pair of Mizuno turf shoes, Team plaque and $200 cash
3rd Place - 12 pair of Mizuno batting gloves, team plaque and $100 cash
Awards for Rec Division (based on 8 teams):
1st Place - 12 Championship T-shirts, Team plaque and 2 Mizuno Craze bats
2nd Place - 12 pair of Mizuno batting gloves and Team plaque
3rd Place - Team plaque
Tournament will begin at 10am on Saturday morning.  There will be a Skills Competition and Homerun Derby on Friday night so plan to get there early for Carolina NSA's biggest event of the year.  Limited to 60 teams.  The first 25 teams that send in their payment in advance will receive a set of Mizuno t-shirts upon arrival at this tournament.
